Visual IQ is a leading provider of marketing software, and has been providing their customer base with a variety of helpful tools for years. They have recently announced that they are appointing Theresa Colarusso to the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success.
She joins the company from IBM where she was previously employed as the Director of Global Client Success. In her role there she successfully launched initiatives to promote their Analytics Platform Solutions, and also worked on their Client Success dashboard products, with great success.
In her new role, she will be lading programs centered around helping to successfully implement Visual IQ’s marketing intelligence platform, which should help to improve overall customer satisfaction levels.
