According to the most recently released numbers for digital ad revenue in the US, Q1 2017 had a growth rate of 23% YoY. This brings the total spend to $19.6 billion, which is quite impressive. This quarter marks the 7th straight for double digit growth in this area.
David Silverman with PwC US commented, “The first quarter of 2017 represents the strongest beginning to any year yet in digital ad spend. It’s a testament to interactive’s ability to attract audiences and the marketing dollars that follow.”
