Cheap New Graphic Design Solution VirtualDesignStaff.com

Toronto, Ontario – December 10, 2014 – As content marketing becomes the buzz word and increasingly people are turning to the Internet, in particular social networks, for media exposure. Companies, small businesses and entrepreneurs are all in need of good graphics quickly and reliably. Today we are launching VirtualDesignStaff.com to help meet those needs.

After 3 years in the outsourcing business, specializing in support to the digital marketing industry and e-commerce businesses, entrepreneur Ellisa Kamula is pleased to be launching what she calls “an easy, self-serve solution to quickly and efficiently create marketing materials for online and print.”

Many companies are familiar with outsourcing, in particular to offload some of the jobs within their business that are perhaps not their core competency. Many people lose a lot of time finding new outsources for each new project due to time constraints and scheduling, pricing or just not liking the work they got and searching for someone new.

“The goal with VirtualDesignStaff.com was first to give people a solution for graphics, where they would be able to work with the same team each time, not having to source someone new for each little project. And second, to make a self-serve platform that was easy to use and to do it for a price that made it worthwhile for both us as a company and the clients as subscribers,” said Ellisa Kamula “so many people need 1 banner or 1 Facebook cover or a flyer. As an outsourcing company it costs more to pay the admin (accounting, support and sales) then it does the designer to build these things and it is barely billable to cover those other costs. This solution takes everyone else out of the equation and allows the client to go directly to a team of designers, that they can trust and where they already know the price because it is included in their monthly fee!”

VirtualDesignStaff.com offers 3 monthly packages starting at $99/month for its lite package and then growing to $249/month and $499/month for its standard and deluxe packages respectively. A client chooses the one that suits their needs, signs up, logs in and then can immediately start posting their graphic design projects to the system.

Each new ticket will turn around in 3-4 days depending on the level of service the client has selected and subsequent changes will post within 24 hours. One design project per ticket. Each project can be anything from a banner to a poster to a vector or even a landing page (no html this is graphics only).

“Initially we are targeting the digital marketing community with our product as they are the ones that will immediately understand the benefits and why it is a great solution for them. I hope in the not distant future we will catch on with Restaurant/bar owners and real estate agents and every other industry that really needs constant flyers, posters, ads etc.”

VirtualDesignStaff.com will give people a simple solution for all their content marketing needs, there will be no excuses for any blog post or tweet to go out without an appropriate image attached.

Ellisa Kamula is the CEO of VirtualDesignStaff.com a subsidiary of her canadian outsourcing company eAvenue Ltd. She has 12 years experience in online marketing and 5 years as an outsourcing company. Although she is CEO those who know her know she uses the title Princess of Everything as truly her experience touches everything in the world of digital media.
